      Pros

      I've only been with Solarflare a short time but so far expectations have been met. Excellent products, great people. Innovative, relaxed, friendly culture. Cambridge is a great place to work too!

      Cons

      None as too new to rate at the moment. I'll check back in in a few months. I'm sure comms could be better across the globe as is the case in most international companies.

      * Great people. People are friendly and happy to help you out, I made lots of friends there. People on my team were great to work with, very friendly and really knew their stuff, very competent. The manager that I had at Solarflare was the best manager I've ever had. * Great culture * Technical excellence * Low turnover, most people had been there for years

      Cons

      * Free cakes on tuesday. The cakes are so delicious that it is hard to avoid eating them, but they may cause you to put on weight if you aren't careful with your diet...
