      Pros

      Lovely colleagues; Modern offices and facilities; Positive approach taken within my personal team; Need to write 20 words but haven't anything else to say that is positive.

      Cons

      Low staff morale and too much focus on monitoring staff performance; Lack of opportunity to progress; There seemed to be a hidden agenda in their recruitment process; CEO brought in several colleagues from his previous employment within months of taking up the appointment which just didn't sit well; An 'us and them' feel between staff and managers; Left without a job lined up just to get out of there as I was miserable.

      Salary is good and regularly reviewed Good employee benefits Colleagues are nice and easy to get on with

      Have to clean away your desk at the end of the day Work is boring, repetative and mundane Check all emails and work regularly and mark you down for having a comma in the wrong place Hear managers talking about other staff Favouritism Recruitment process is ridiculous I can't even explain the unfairnessituation Printers never work It systems are so old Micro managed No parking
