Pros
The culture at Sourceful is unlike anything I have ever experienced. It is focused but relaxed. The people are really amazing - diverse, intelligent, proactive and kind. This is a real testament to the effort that is put into hiring and maintaining the company culture. There is a palpable sense of pride in working for this company which is then reflected in the customer experience. I would highly recommend working here to anyone lucky enough to be given the opportunity.
Cons
Basically none. The work at times can be a lot, but it's never unmanageable and people really help each other out to share the load when things get tough.

-Fully remote working, allowing the best talent from around the world to help achieve Sourceful's goals -The company recognises and rewards hard work, with regular feedback and promotion cycles -Sourceful is working towards a more sustainable future in packaging -As a younger company, employees have a lot of influence to help shape the way it runs and to choose their own career paths -No one person considers themselves too important or too high up the hierarchy to listen to your views or to help you. There is no red tape, which is rare at companies these days
Cons
Sourceful is a young company and there are improvements to processes being made every day, which employees are important in helping to suggest and mould. This is not so much a con, but a consideration that the company is constantly evolving and ways of working are not set in stone.
