Pros
Great food! Great employees! Stays really busy often. The atmosphere is clean and relatively positive.
Cons
Terrible overhead. Very power hungry and unpredictable, which can make a rather easy job very stressful because you never know what mood you’re going to get with the managers. It makes it difficult to just do a job because something will always be micromanaged or upended by management as a means of asserting authority.
