Pros
Some people are great if you find a good circle. Each day is different if you get bored easily. You can learn a lot since you pretty much have to fend for yourself.
Cons
Very very low pay for high amounts of work and stress. Constant pressure to hit budget. People do not work as a team, everyone is out to protect themselves. Management doesn’t take care of their employees, there is favoritism, they don’t help you grow because they want to keep you in the same position. There is a very slim chance that you’ll ever get a raise even though most people earn minimum wage, while the people at the top make millions a year. Too stressful.
