      Pros

      Interesting work - Silicon Valley startups and valley fortune 500. Family-like atmosphere. Strong moral and ethical principles coming from owners. Principles care about and nurture culture. Experienced staff of engineers and product designers bring balance and sanity to clients. Average to above average compensation. Good location.

      Cons

      Not much I can say here. Depending on client, you can get stuck with a demanding one and work longer hours. Small company right now, will take lots of work and dedication to grow.
