The app is really bad. I’ve had multiple times that I set at store for over an hour watching other people get offers and received none. It ask me to re-verify my identity multiple times in the same day, causing me to lose offers. Nothing ever happens with it. Customer Service doesn’t follow it up.

Managers make the rules regardless of what Spark says the rules are. When your account gets closed Spark doesn't care to respond. Still unemployed due to their negligence.
