      Competitive compensation with bonuses actually getting paid out on performance Working on some of the most interesting projects globally, with diverse teams and individuals Multi-vendor practice strategy ensures business diversification, allowing exposure to broader technology implementations and learning opps Fantastic culture which is highly inclusive and encourages autonomous and entrepreneurial behaviours. Strong and seasoned leadership team who are great at selling our value proposition Lots of investments in our back office and internal systems to ensure the right level of support is provided to allow us to focus on customers first

      Cons

      Not much, the leadership team are investing a lot in people and culture, however: Performance Management is sometimes a checkbox exercise. Still better than other consulting companies More investment may be needed in developing soft skills for less experienced staff - presenting effectively, project management, deliverables development.. etc. Technology training investments are good.
