      Pros

      Senior Leadership in buying is good. The head of department gives you a path and makes you feel involved.

      Cons

      Poor middle management and pathetic attitude of co founders. They only want to gossip and keep talking about negative things about others. No plan or no clue on how the execution is done, if someone screws up, they will shout on the floor and will behave pathetically. One of the middle managers is a person who thinks he is always right and will go to any extent to prove he is. If you disagree, he will give a poor feedback about the individual in front of the co founders to get them fired.

      Very inhumane company

      Nothing is great to call out for now

      Cons

      previous BDR leader left and replaced by a immature 27 year or younger person who is inhumane and never been in the role. Issuing PIPs, expecting us slog for 12 hours, reinventing every single process just for the sake of showing off. Micromanagement is at the peak. Targeted and mistreated.

      Worst culture ever.

      Pros

      The exit process is so easy, because there is no need to serve notice period. They will fire people left and right and revoke all accesses so you don't need to serve notice lol. That is the the only pro.

      Cons

      Stay as far as possible from this organization. The only thing they are good at is being pretentious and writing fake culture stories on LinkedIn. The upper management will literally say things like "I don't care about your pay and salary". They will overwork you to the bone. All the reviews on glassdoor post 2023 are fake as well, the real rating is around 2/5. The worst part is there will never be any growth because of the upper management never aligning the internal teams. They are too busy fighting themselves to ever make profit. And the team leads are too arrogant and busy in politics to actually ever work.
