Pros

Flexible company with no core values (love this!). People are really invested and are happy to help you out. I've made my entire career in big companies and I have never felt as welcome and helped as here at Spiff. The company grows in a logical and conservative way, which is highly appreciated in this Tech crisis environment. Very transparent and timely manner communications from the CEO and COO about news from the company - they are always open to answer questions or concerns from any employee.

Cons

Everything can change super fast. Most of the time you learn by doing and trying, which can lead to re-work or frustrations. As long as you are patient and willing to talk things out, this is not a strong cons.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and you have the option to work remote

Cons

The culture is so toxic. There’s a person in particular in the marketing organization who works harder to push people out who they view as a threat to themselves, than they work at their actual job. It messes with the mental health and livelihood of excellent, hard working employees. If you’re desperate for a job but value your mental health, please do not accept a position here.Something else will come along. But do take the job if you enjoyed your middle school years and the drama and cattiness that came along with them. That is what the daily life at spiff is equivalent to. Other cons: -terrible health insurance - they only hire family and friends. It doesn’t matter if you can do the job or not. You know an exec or are related to them? You’re hired - toxic behavior is rewarded and encouraged with promotions -no 401K match -high turnover. Many employees are only here for a few months or less Please beware of the positive reviews on here. Employees are highly encouraged to leave them, especially after a bad review is left.

Pros

The company gives a facade of being successful Marketing leadership is strong

Cons

Lots of turn over on the sales side (close to 60%). Spiff has lost 2 CROs, 2 heads of enterprise sales, one sales directors, a ton of AEs most of their BDR team in the last 2 years. Losing to established players and up and coming vendors Implementation and CS teams are heavily under water Inexperienced founders and it shows Lots of nepotism. If you aren't part of the inner utah circle you'll know about it
