      Strong team culture but needs better geo cross-collaboration

      Pros

      The team is experienced and mature, with a strong focus on clear communication and execution. I also appreciate the low-politics environment and collaborative culture.

      Cons

      In my first two months, I noticed some processes are still picked up informally, so better documentation and cross-team communication could help new joiners ramp up faster. The team has been very supportive overall.

      Spinnaker support is a great company with great people that all really care about our customers. I am newer to the organization and continue to be blown away by the great people and culture.
