      Its not a best place to work

      Pros

      Remote work pattern saves time on office errands

      Cons

      1) They top management not the C level don't know what they are doing. 2) Definitely not a employee friendly company 3) A lot of favourism and biased approach towards employees by the senior management 4) They overlook the talent and will not give an ear for the employee concerns

      Pros

      Always puts its people first. No lines drawn in the sand - everything is a discussion. Culture unbeatable. No politics, no egos, no personal agendas. Most roles fully remote.
