      One of the better OP mills to work for

      - Good company culture (can vary by clinic) - Control over your own schedule (can effect bonus positively or negatively)

      Cons

      - 65-70+ patients/week to reach bonus model - no real solutions for burnout other than “find ways that help you decompress”
