The growth trajectory is excellent. There is a strong appetite for innovation, and leadership is given the runway to drive tangible commercial outcomes, successfully scaling team headcount to support revenue growth. If you enjoy structural problem-solving and building tech for passionate fanbases, the work is highly rewarding.

      Cons

      Managing diverse portfolios means constant context switching across entirely different tech stacks and client demands. Additionally, in such a fast-paced environment, there is a recurring challenge of bridging the gap between high-level commercial vision and the ground-level realities of engineering execution.       Great environment for sports lovers, but pressure exists

      Pros

      For a sportsperson or person who loves sports its a plus point to work in such an organization. If you get the perfect manager and teammates you are sorted, and you will love going to office spending time with them and working alongside them.

      Cons

      When it comes to margin related issue, it might be a con for everyone working as pressure builds, but still you do find a way to work through it.
