      Pros

      They offer a fair market salary and give bonuses to compliment your efforts. Team work environment, everyone is eager to help to train and support you as you learn the ropes. There is room to grow, I started as an outside consultant and was offered a account executive position. Eventually I was offered the position as VP of sales.

      Cons

      I have no real negative comments to speak of, Every company has its short comings. None are exceptional or worth mentioning.
