Pros
Great people and excellent culture in a high-growth small business environment. Lots of room to grow and learn, and all wins are celebrated - big and small. Employees given a lot of flexibility with working from home arrangements and flexible hours to suit needs. Really close-knit team that feels like a family. Definitely recommend working here!
Cons
Not really very many cons to working here, but if I'm going to be nit-picky sometimes there's a lack of structure but it's not much of an issue in the grand scheme of things. Meetings can sometimes be a little lengthy and not always highly productive.
