Pros

- amazing colleagues - Interesting product

Cons

Unrealistic Targets: A few months ago, a new QA system was introduced to monitor cold calls. If specific points aren't mentioned during a call, commissions aren't awarded, regardless of the account's size. This policy feels quite rigid and discouraging. Micromanagement: Some managers focus solely on numbers, which is expected in a sales role, but the lack of empathy is noticeable, especially after the layoffs late last year. Many sales reps feel demotivated and stressed due to this environment. Remote Work Policy: The sales team is not allowed to work remotely, unlike other departments. This was not mentioned during the hiring process, which was quite surprising and disappointing. PTO Policy: While there is an unlimited PTO policy, approval heavily depends on your manager. Given the challenging quotas, taking extra holidays beyond the mandatory 20 days is nearly impossible.

Pros

The company offers a competitive benefits package, including generous time off and healthcare coverage, which supports a healthy work-life balance. The team environment is collaborative, supportive, and filled with talented and very interlligent individuals who are passionate about their work. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual respect, making day-to-day work both enjoyable and rewarding.

Cons

The company has been facing ongoing instability, marked by multiple rounds of layoffs that have significantly impacted morale and team structure. In some cases, roles previously held by several people are now being consolidated into a single position, leading to unrealistic expectations and burnout. Leadership is heavily US-centric, often overlooking input from local teams and international markets. Strategic decisions are typically made by a monolingual upper-level executive with limited understanding of regional nuances, which hinders growth efforts.
