      Pros

      The benefits are great (health, dental, vision, and retirement). The pay is reasonable for the work.

      Cons

      Management overall is awful, the only management style is micromanaging! Lots of turnovers for a new company. Working on growing, but unable to manage assignments in a productive manner. MManagementneeds to learn to empower employees and provide them with ways to be successful.

      great team, flexible hours, remote but also have an office I can go to when I please. Lots of organic growth over the years keeping it an exciting place to work.

      More a con of remote work than SquareWorks - getting tired of so many zoom calls
