I have been working at St. Vincent's full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Love that Ascension is a faith-based Healthcare organization. Each meeting begins with prayer. Co-workers respect each other and form great teams. Communication with manager is open and honest. Great benefits!

    Cons

The communication channels from top down needed improvement. That has gotten so much better in the last year with frequent Town Halls and frequent emails from leadership.

I worked at St. Vincent's full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I found my time at St. V's to be like having an extended family. They took great interest in me as a person and were committed to my personal and professional development. They truly live their mission out on a daily basis.

    Cons

They often acquire other facilities, which requires cuts within the organization that leave people without positions to transfer.
