They have great benefits and educational opportunities. It's also great if you are LDS and like to have opening prayers for corporate functions.

Cons

As a female developer I was counseled not to challenge a male co-workers code as his ego was fragile.

Pros

You can usually find a delicious baked good somewhere in the building, and most people show up every day and work very hard with a great attitude.

Cons

Leadership needs a total refresh. If the company would hire, from the top down, people who actually know how to do their respective jobs, then the people at the company who actually have talent would be empowered and free to do their jobs the way they know how. Unfortunately, insecurity, lack of knowledge, and emotional immaturity has led to poor decision making, finger pointing from the top down, and hiring decisions that protect the shortcomings of those above, not those below.

No career path No individual evaluations for raises Lack of growth innovations Tons of useless meetings that go nowhere Doesn't like change No CMS to track anything Outdated software still being used.
