Pros

"I interned at Stan Ventures for three months, and the level of structure and clarity in their processes honestly surprised me (in a good way). From Day 1, I had access to well-documented SOPs, training modules, and clear expectations. There was very little guesswork involved, which made the transition into real tasks much smoother than I expected. Even as an intern, I was given responsibilities that felt meaningful, not just shadowing or sitting on the sidelines. I always knew who to reach out to if I got stuck, and the feedback I received was timely and constructive."
