Pros

You'll learn which companies not to ever consider in your life.

Cons

The management's ideology is to squeeze as much from the employees, be heartless and NOT give any increments saying there is no business. Right after appraisal period they will double your targets as a content writer saying now we have a lot of business. Content managers are a joke. You'll see them perpetually confused, ill-informed and shouting at employees even when all the faults lies with the managers. The so called managers are also not qualified for their jobs, some are HR turned Content managers, some are freelancers turned Content managers and the worst of all there is a "ghostbuster" turned into Content managers. These managers have absolutely no clue about the industry. If you want to really want to learn then never join this company as a content writer. The next move of the management is to hire "INTERS" pay them even less than a brick-layers salary and make them do a lot of content writing work. So, INTERS please save yourselves do not join. There are massive layoffs for more money. But the company is not making any money. Please check online for Stan Venture's working capital. It is hardly 4Lac. For this suspicious reason, all banks have delisted this company. So you won’t get any loans or EMI if you work for this company. CEO: He is simply there to talk pseudo nonsense motivational talk which will make you laugh. He'll make lofty promises about bonuses, promotions and all, but no employee have received any bonus or promotions from past 3 years. He is as insignificant as the company. If you really care about your career, sanity and physical health, please , please do not join this organisation as a content writer, content intern or for that matter for any position.

Pros

Working in a Sales role helps build strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as you interact with different types of clients daily. It offers good earning potential through incentives and commissions, which directly reflect your performance. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, keeping you engaged and motivated. It also provides valuable market exposure and opportunities to understand customer behavior, which can be beneficial for career growth into higher roles like Sales Manager or Business Development.

Cons

High pressure to meet targets and long working hours.

Pros

The company has given me nothing to appreciate.

Cons

1. No WORK-LIFE BALANCE - you will work 15 hrs in a day and the work will still be incomplete 2. Unprofessional management- The managers have no sense of talking to an employee. They will shout at you for no reason and torture you mentally. 3. No growth- You will work on 30 files a day like a slave using ChatGPT and learn nothing. 4. No benefits- You won't even get the bare minimum like health insurance and bonuses. No appraisals whatsoever.

Pros

As a former Sales Associate at Stan Ventures, I gained hands-on experience in client communication and solution selling. The team was collaborative, and there was strong support from managers.

Cons

Targets could be demanding at times, but clear guidance helped me stay on track.

Pros

1. You get to be a part of a positive work culture 2. Performance bonuses once in every 2-3 months 3. A CEO who isn't blood-thirsty, or rude 4. You get to work on a looootttt of different projects across multiple business niches. So, you'll be a jack of all trades. 5. The company plans yearly get-togethers regardless of where you work from remotely - you can visit and get to know everyone. Yes, travel reimbursements are done and accommodation is provided by the company for that. 6. Complete freedom to work from home.

Cons

1. The team managers can be extremely cruel and make you feel like leaving the company just after spending 1-3 months. 2. Your little mistakes or work-related issues will be criticized. 3. The three managers will roast and grill you badly if you are one of those employees who make things tough for them. 4. Honestly, the scene doesn't get better until you cross the probation period (3-6 months, depending on the managers). 5. The managers have no mercy for new employees. Honestly, I love the company because they have a good overall ecosystem. But, you'll need to have a its-okay-i-dont-care-what-they-say attitude and do your work within time to avoid getting depressed.
