      Everyone who is not manager is really great.

      Cons

      Incredibly high turnover Leadership who doesn’t listen OR value the team Overworked because people keep quiting Underpaid

      Pros

      The health benefits are are good. Get to do a lot of driving seeing all over the Front Range. They tell you great things are to come...

      Cons

      The business was run in a reactive opposed to a proactive/ preventative way. Management was known to making false promises. Raises that were never given, but promised. CEO providing a job to a friend, and keeping him regardless of his poor performance and lack of necessary skills,

      I love this Job!!!

      Pros

      You get to work at your own pace. You get to help people in need. You basically choose which route your gonna go. You get to see alot of places that you normally wouldn't see if you work another job. You're not stuck in one place. Great people you work with. They are always there to help you when your in need.

      Cons

      Long hours and late nights. You don't get to see your family as much.
