Semi- Good Leadership. Schedule Flexibility. The pay is decent. Great Co- Workers.
Cons
No Diversity in Leadership. Poor Communication. You will only move up if you have a friend or family member on the inside. Some Leads and managers play favorites. They want you to work, and they say you’re appreciated but will not pay your or place you where you need.
