Pros
Great variety of people to work with, strong focus on safety, profit sharing, quarterly bonuses, willingness to train, open to new ideas and processes, potlucks, pizza parties, free donuts, & popcorn Thursdays.
Cons
Supposed to have condensed workweek (4 days) but there are constantly mandatory Fridays and even some weekends, pay could be much better (sometimes justified with quarterly bonus, but not usually), the higher customer demand is causing people to rush and leading to safety concerns, morale is down now with so much mandatory overtime and very small bonuses, some jobs can be very repetitive.
