Pros

Learning: Good opportunities to learn but you have to figure out your own way to learn. This company has more Cons than Pros!

Cons

Worked there for few years, never got a promotion or increase in pay because of which people were highly demotivated to work. CEO is terrible, he will shout and scream at you while working, he is extra micro manager and does what he wants to do. Its useless to recommend anything or ask questions to anyone. The senior management is very egoistic and biased. They don't have reputed employees or highly skilled managers. When it comes to doing performance evaluation, they'll do it if they're in a mood for it otherwise forget it ! Nothing happens on time here, if you're on a project, you won't get your reimbursements back on time or if they do get thru it will be miscalculated. Bunch of rude folks who are not ready to help you. You cannot have your career goals or they won't help you in anyways if you want to move up the ladder. You are stuck at one position for rest of your time at this company. Only thing you get at this company is more STRESS and less of work-life balance or happiness. If you're planning to take PTO's, there are chances that they might cancel them Every small thing has to go thru CEOs approval who is not helpful at all. You only get 10 paid days off. When you call in sick, they require a doctor's note to prove that you were actually sick ! Feels like you are in a middle school! They will not reimburse you for phone bill and will ask you to use your personal phone to make client/work related calls. Worst is the office parties/team building events- the senior management gets drunk and behaves inappropriately. Those parties are only meant to get drunk and not interact with anyone. There is NO concept of networking in this company. Their products are fake and not worth spending money on. Half of the time they don't work at all, and this company lacks training for their products.

Pros

Zero....8 months ..did not find any....

Cons

Pathetic company to work for. The senior management feels that they can insult individuals whenever they want, There is too much politics and chaos. I worked there for 8 months and for 6 months got abused without reason and as the matter of fact, without work. And this is not a supply chain consulting company but a warehouse consulting, They just want to wear suits while know nothing.
