      Pros

      -Decent pay -Average to slightly above average benefits -Varying tempo. May be a plus for some, but I like when a business has an ebb and a flow

      Cons

      -Most people do not get a raise every year, not even for cost of living -Lack of communication can often be a problem -Only $2/hour raise for crew leads work -Second shift has a $5/hour premium for doing less/lower quality work most of the time

      Pros

      Management has an open and honest approach with techs. They value the input from the techs and regularly implement changes based on feedback from the techs and customers. Their honest business practices with customers, and the expectation for the techs to do the same, make it easy to work here. Management backs their techs when they have to make the hard calls with an aircraft, and I have never heard of them pushing a tech into something to “just get it flying”.

      Cons

      Communication is a struggle that has continued to improve, but still needs some work. The work load is hit or miss sometimes, but that’s the nature of AOG. The desire to grow the company sometimes overshadows the immediate needs, and the focus becomes on the small things. This is probably the only company I have worked at that absolutely needs more management, at least on the AOG side. 3 managers to run a department this large just isn’t enough.
