I really can't think of one for me personally but I do see colleagues are fully stretched workload wise and thus sometimes work overtime. Whether this is passion for the job or overload, not sure..

Good offices in central locations - they have about 8 offices in various towns in the south east of the UK. Graduate training scheme. Can join health insurance scheme after 2 years employment. Generally a friendly place to work.
Cons
The experience of staff will depend on which sector of the company you are working in and who your co-workers are, but that is the same in any job and generally there is a good atmosphere here.
