      Great company culture but benefits aren't competitve

      Pros

      -Great group of people to work with. -Company promotes a work life balance as management encourages a 40/hr work week.

      Cons

      -Minimal PTO- Maximum accrual is 80 hours per year, regardless of tenure. -No 401K match. -Job Security- As part of the People Solutions Business Unit, you are not guaranteed employment once the current project you are working on is done.

      Pros

      Family environment, caring people, flexibility, knowledgeable co-workers

      Cons

      Their best leaders left the company. Lost a large number of employees last year due to lack of work. Middle management very good. The executive team making the decisions seem to not know which way they want to go. Need new senior executives. Big changes needed in the sales department so that people have work when they come off of their assignments.

      Pros

      You can learn allot of different equity programs.

      Cons

      They up sale the customer. As a result the pressure is put on the employee. SOS needs all new management that has experience in dealing with employees. The pay and benefits are very low and often times you are not paid what you are worth.
