Some of the best people I've ever worked with Free tickets to Seahawks and Mariners games in suites (discounted for some concerts at Lumen Field too!) Comfortable and quiet office with GREAT snacks Massages Cover gym and home internet expenses Easy to do hybrid work
Cons
Almost no potential for growth or promotions Frustratingly high turn-over rate with little to no explanations to teams Media and content is no longer a big priority Dont expect a raise unless something big happens Not particularly diverse

Pros
Great WLB in my experience. Chip (CEO) is very down-to-earth and is great to work with because of his own technical background. His positivity and good nature seem to permeate throughout the whole company as well!
Cons
No major downsides at least during my short stint as an intern.
