      Shockingly bad HR team

      Supportive on site management, amazing and friendly staff, good discount and free lunch

      Cons

      - the HR team will ONLY care about themselves and their team and not the welfare of the actual employees - HR are incapable of doing basic tasks and will provide you with false information / documentation when required - Certain HR members are extremely rude and condescending - Jobs are not secure, HR will be quick to discard employees even though they have 0 experience and knowledge of the actual ongoings in the authenticator warehouse themselves - I would like to see them in the warehouse helping out once in a while but we all know that won't happen - HR team is made up of people with little HR experience - When the HR team make big mistakes with employees, they are quick to place the blame on the employees themselves and will fail to give any genuine apologies.

      Remote working opportunities. Global company experience.

      Cons

      Senior management over promising and under delivering. Company doesn't look after their employees they only care about money. Minimum benefits and salaries for employees below senior level who are doing all the job and keep the business running. Maximum benefits and salaries for senior management who do very little and have little knowledge and understanding of their job. Bullying, sexist and racist comments are acceptable. Non compliance actions are swept under the carpet.

      WFH | Laptop | Office in London | Team

      Cons

      Low Salary (£23K). Different salaries among team members with similar skills. Managers have zero knowledge about CS. No support from management. Training is US based. No one has knowledge about sneakers so can't help customers efficiently. HR is useless and unfair treatment toward team members working in operation.
