      Pros

      Located 130 km from dubai! Great facility & equipment Great team of local young professionals (with a few exceptions) thriving.

      Cons

      Badly mismanaged There is no direction for the business. For most of expats the aim is to survive till next year or finding something else. Some expats learnt how to survive for years but professionals leave within a year or lose the political battle and get kicked out.
