Strategic Data Systems has been in business for over 30 years. They have a small company feel and their employees work on exciting projects at Fortune 500 companies.
Cons
Engagements tend to be regional to southwest Ohio, northern Kentucky, and eastern Indiana, although they use many remotely located workers across the country working at companies with a national presence.

The leadership is down to earth, supportive, friendly, great to work with. Consultants are all easy-going, hard working, and fun to work with. The team works hard to get great projects up and running resulting in long-term relationship with clients.
Cons
If you're tired of being just one of a bunch in a giant company, you will like the small company environment. There's more freedom and you have a voice.
