Cons

Little respect from leadership. I've been talked down to for situations I was completely correct in. The culture tends to blame employees instead of teaching. Many employees feel overworked while their superior may not even show online during the day.

We're a small company with a whole lot of power. Everyone here has years of MBSE and Digital Engineering experience and are passionate about what they do. I've never been surrounded by more expertise and by far has been the greatest learning opportunity. Leadership cares about what you have to say and are honest and transparent. So many incentives to work hard and push yourself! Definitely a company of high performers that care about your well-being and happiness. Highly recommend for those who are passionate and motivated to learn and work rather than cruise.

Cons

Benefits are not as comparable to industry as this is a smaller company but as the company grows so do our benefits.

Incredible employee talent pool. Everyone here is of the best there is in MBSE/SE. Work life balance is second to none. There are many career growth opportunities spanning across countless industries associated with systems engineering.

Cons

I haven’t seen any negatives thus far.
