      Exciting scale-up with great energy and family feel

      Pros

      Amazing data fabric product; good supportive culture; driven management; a warm 'family-like' feeling in the company. Plenty of opportunities to apply your skills and knowledge, lead or contribute on many projects internationally. Top enterprise-level customers, working with biggest names in the financial, and retail industries, and public sector - very exciting!

      Cons

      Processes around simple things are not there, too many apps to use in day to day which can be frustrating. Training could be better.

      Salary is reasonable, not the best in the industry but it keep us motivated.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies i've worked until now, they pay well but the challenges are all the same, and it's very boring to work there.

      Pros

      Flexibles schedules, nice environment and great mates.

      Cons

      No technical direction makes teams to lose a lot of time. It´s a pity that having the best ITs of Spain, with a clear direction, we could have built something really spectacular.
