      - As any startup, a place where you can learn different stuff. - Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      - If you stay for a year or ten, it's all the same. You'l never grow. - A place where you can find yourself unappreciated neither financially nor morally - No job security whatsoever, rumors all the time about funding end and company exit. - Unnecessary lengthy interview process, management think they're working at Google. Hey! it's a small startup! - Not all employees are treated the same.

      Pros

      Very aggressive and accurate vision, together with a team that is able to execute it. Broad scope of topics to learn and work on. Very good teamwork and culture. I am very happy and proud to work here, and look forward to the company's continued success.

      Cons

      Sometimes the coffee beans roasted on-site run out and need to wait a few minutes to roast more. :-)
