Pros

It is possible to make a lot of money, but not probable. Company is growing at a very fast pace.

Cons

The recruiters will lie & tell you the at plan earnings to be between 150k-200k. Only 5 sales reps in the company make that much. If you're lucky to last 1 full year, expect your earnings to be around 75k. ZERO job stability & loyalty to their employees. They give you 6 months to start hitting your quota. When this doesn't happen they fire you. They fired 40 reps in 2016 alone. 30-60 day waiting period for any benefits. The benefits are horrible. The lowest deductible plan is a $2,000 deductible, this is also the highest premium plan for an individual, which is around $300 month. The communication within the entire organization is the worst I've seen. In the rare instance where you are able to ask management a question, they will answer your question with a question. The training program is a joke. They use all these "semantics" and words that aren't in normal people's vocabulary. It's very unorganized & they are never on-time.

Pros

I'd have to say that the employees are what kept me here for the length of time I stayed. I had the privilege of working with and hiring some incredibly intelligent and hard working people. The employees are what is great about this company. If you're looking to work around people that care about what they do and are helpful then this is a great place. BUT - unfortunately they are over shadowed by the poor leadership and greed that drives the place.

Cons

The company leaders (owners and investors) are clearly trying to grow the company at any cost, including running the employees into the ground, so they can sell in the future. What does it matter? The mess left behind won't be their problem but the problem of whoever buys them out. There are no structured merit increases for productive and valuable employees. I advanced when the company was younger but now that it is larger it is more of who you can suck up to in order to get promoted. If you're intelligent and add value it is overlooked and not appreciated or compensated even close to what's fair. The company is run by people who "think" they know the industry but the true experts are overlooked and/or used for their contribution but never recognized or compensated for it. If work life balance is important, if advancement is important, if benefits are important... find another place to work.

Pros

Are no pros working for Alliance

Cons

No work/life balance, your life will be consumed with working for this company. Don't care if you have a family or other obligations. Just want their 150 EEG' s a week. Will run you in the ground and honestly they don't care.
