Pros
I have worked here for over 5 years and love working here. Lots of new challenges, get to wear multiple hats and take ownership of projects from start to finish. It is a lot of work when you take ownership of projects but so worth it because you learn so much from the experience. There are lot of people to learn from and get advice.
Cons
Hours can get longer but that's part of having so much ownership.

Owners pretended to care and appreciate your contributions. They didn’t know what they wanted to be as a company. Leaders only seemed concerned with lining their pockets
