      An amazing agency with the best culture i've experienced!

      Pros

      A truly collaborative, nonhierarchical place to work. Never a dull day, always working on exciting projects and the best workplace culture that I've ever experienced. Everyone who works here is amazing at their job, loves what they do and is driven by a genuine desire for the agency and our projects to succeed.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively new business, so there are some processes that are being worked on/ironed out. However, if you like start-up culture, you won't consider this a 'con'.

      Pros

      Studio Graphene is a unique place to be; the team have a bond like very few other places I've worked, all ideas are welcome at the table and the range of projects, clients and methodologies is enormous. Never a dull day!

      Cons

      If you're used to working at large, heavily-structured agencies or companies I imagine SG would be a bit of a shock to the system - as the agency is still in its early years, new processes and procedures are being formulated and tried out all the time. This is great if you embrace it, but could be a shocker if you're used to having things laid out for you!

      Pros

      The people; I was fortunate enough to work at Studio Graphene for 4 years and whilst I was there everybody was very supportive, trusting, smart and honest. There are lots of opportunities to grow and learn on the job which make it a great place to really stretch yourself.

      Cons

      Occasionally projects had tight deadlines which challenged the team, but when everybody is working as hard as you to produce great work, it’s hardly a “con”.
