Decent compensation. Stocked kitchen. Friday lunches.

Cons

The new tech management and management in general wasn't great. Seemed intent on selling the company rather than try to salvage it. No real continuity in a particular direction either. We'd start to talk about doing something and not follow through. I didn't feel like I was contributing, nobody took the time to talk to me if I was being used to the best of my abilities.
