The environment is overall very positive. The retention rate is quite high so the team members have a good relationship.
Cons
The work itself can be high stress although it is very rewarding.

The CEO is easy to approach. The CEO always think what's the best for his employees. In terms of Technical work, you will enhance your skill in both hardware and software troubleshooting skills. People are friendly. Both employees and management are great. They always think on what their employees needs.
Cons
I couldn't find any cons for now. Salary is not that high but not that low. Something that can support on your needs and pleasures.
