Great benefits (covers all health insurance premiums) and competitive pay. Good work culture and work/life balance. Allows flexibility.
Cons
PTO days are okay, but not I didn't have to take a step back in total PTO. (Sick days are not a separate pool.)

Fully remote and pay is decent. Some of the colleagues were great!
Cons
They pay a lot of lip service to their culture but if you peak behind the curtain it is not collaborative and very cutthroat. Some of the leaders are extremely rude, others are very unprofessional. The remote culture promotes a lot of bad behaviors and a lack of teamwork.

Work hard play hard mentality - if you put in the work you will definitely reap the benefits and feel rewarded for all of your efforts. Flexibility - they weren’t too strict about work from home prior to COVID which was a huge benefit to me, and now it seems like there may be a shift to a more hybrid model once we come out of the pandemic People - so far, everyone here is very caring and loves to watch younger people succeed in their careers. Team leads are strategic in your development and will take the time to help you find what you need to grow. Competitive pay and benefits - I feel like the total compensation package can’t be beat Overall, this company has been a pleasant experience in the couple of years that I’ve worked here and I don’t see it going downhill anytime soon.
Cons
Work life balance - although WFH has helped, there are times that I feel overwhelmed with the amount of work in a given week with pressing timelines that are hard to juggle at times Company communication - I feel like there are at times initiatives in the company that are brought up and get people excited, only to not get any follow up once the hype is over.
