From the top down, this company has people that are a pleasure to work with and very supportive.

I've been a High Level Marketing for several years. I've been able to grow my career and learn so much along the way. I've been supported by my managers and peers in the different seats I've held over the years. The teams produced amazing work for our customers with great results. They have training programs so you always feel you're on the cutting edge of marketing and technology. (Google Certified) The culture committee works very hard to provide events that bring us together as one team and events that support the communities we live in. We have company huddles, company team meetings. The CEO and the leadership team are very transparent about our goals as a company and the roadmap as to where we are going. The CEO will meet with anyone at anytime. Open door policy. Whether you're new to the industry and want to grow your career or you have experience and want to jump right on a great team , we will have a place for you. They also have a great work home life balance, vacation policy, 401K, benefits and Core Values that team members created. If you want to be apart of helping small to medium business grow their business and be apart of team that have amazing people then check out HLM it's a great place to have a career.

-great base pay -the other BDR's and the AE's are pleasant to work with, and great people. -remote -flexible with PTO,doctors apts, etc. -good work life balance -AE's are willing to help if you need it. Right before I got laid off, one AE took the BDRs under his wing to coach us and he was wise, smart, and fun. I only got coached from him twice before getting laid off, but he was an asset to the BDR team.

High Level Marketing places a lot of importance in the value of its employees. We have great benefits, flexible vacation time, and as long as I am producing quality work on time, I am not micromanaged. The people I work with are great and the culture of the company is exactly what I would hope for it to be.
