Pros

Can't think of any, tbh.

Cons

• When it rains, it FLOODS big time in both their offices in Lifestyle District and their old office inside Capitol University. They haven't done anything about it, like maybe relocate to a location where there isn't any flooding or it's not as worse as the current offices? I swear, the water is from knee-deep to waist-deep. • Toxic work culture. When a client is happy with the agent's work, they provide pizza and food and whatnot instead of compensating the agents by money instead. • When a client visits, they brief you not so subtly by saying that we cannot badmouth the management and the company (especially if there were client requests that the company hasn't addressed) • It will take AGES before you get your bonus or incentive from your client. It's as if you don't deserve being acknowledged by your client. • Their sick leave policy is disgusting. If you're not in regardless if you're still in recovery or haven't recovered yet, they will NOT take that into consideration, and mark you ABSENT. Med cert? What is that??? They are inhumane. • If a supervisor is at fault and there are clear signs that they are worst leaders, instead of reprimanding and booting out that person, they just "rehabilitate" that supervisor into therapy sessions. Like, for real?? • Pay is even worse. A client pays for an agent's services is around $1,500USD but the agent only gets $500. Yeah, I get that the company's resources are used, but really, does it take $1,000 for the pc, headset, mouse, chairs, tables, and office space? The service we got from whether management or IT sucked.
