Management does not care about you, No benefits, customers are terrible, Surf Style jingle is beyond words, store is always in bad shape. Management only tries to organize the store when the CEO is coming instead of for the customer. Terrible pay with little to sometimes no breaks. Horrible hours. And again, the Surf Style jingle is so bad it's beyond words....and you hear it every 10 minutes

HORRIBLE hours, idiots running the company - old men too that behave like their staff are their slaves, and the HR person tattle tales to management about the staff. Get this - you cannot even had a headache - they won't pay you unless you have a doctor's note. Run by men completely cut off from reality.
