      Extensive global network of higher education institutions and global experts Opportunity to work on interesting projects, initiatives, research and events In my opinion, some colleagues are smart, respectful, kind and hardworking

      In my opinion, SDSN suffers of: Toxic culture that enables and tolerates negative team dynamics and unprofessional behavior. Lack of support from leadership. Prevalence of unchecked white dominant culture and lack of global mindset. Lack of understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion matters.

      Pros

      You will have access to an extensive global network of higher education institutions and global experts on the SDGs, and have the opportunity to work on interesting projects, initiatives, research and events. The team is very multicultural and super smart and hardworking. There is a steep learning curve - jump on board for a few years, but have an exit strategy!!

      Shockingly unprofessional management Unethical partnerships Lack of support from leadership Governance is not truly independent but answers to the President Huge fundraising challenges means that the teams are overworked and underpaid... and there's been significant turnover in some teams.
