      Hybrid work culture, but weak incompetent management and low pay

      There’s a hybrid work culture

      Cons

      No structure at all. They hire a lot of incompetent employees and pay low salaries and others end up doing their job. Very weak management. Salaries are late sometimes. Very unprofessional management.

      Learning on the go. Young colleagues. Decision making.

      Cons

      Feels like it is run by children most times. People with no real work experience figuring things as they come. Appraisals need to be asked, there is no HR or any HR process. Planning and strategising goes on forever. Pay is sub par compared to market peers. No benefits to employees.
