I worked for Swaps in the London office, part-time while I was finishing my bachelor and then full-time. There is an excellent company culture and the team is multi-cultural and very friendly. It is a pleasure working with them. Entering Swaps was a smart career move; it is a great place to learn and the best possible opportunity I could have had as my studies were coming to an end. The company offers you the possibility to focus on what benefits most to your own development.

Cons

The position requires rigor and engagement, but commitment is rewarded.
