They have a lot of training sessions for their employees and are continiously imporving their skills. People is amazing and willing to help. Working with overses teams is a good challenge, the company structure and tools makes it easy
Cons
Not very easy to grow within the organization if you are not swedish. The abroad offices have under utilize staff. Salaries are not competitive with the industry
