      -Engaging consulting work -Work direct with management level clients -Work/Life balance is good -Good Scandinavian style benefits in many markets -Quality of work produced is improving

      Cons

      -Inconsistent management -Low pay unless you have been with the company for decades -Limited advancement opportunities for non-Swedish employees -Big egos and unsupportive managers -Staff that has been with the company for too long and have high salaries and don't do much -Lots of 'groupthink' and manager/CEO worship
